Chipmunkapublishing make 5 free e-books available from a permanent link on the website. This proves a real success finding new customers and supporters. Jason Pegler meets former England Rugby player Brian Moore who is immediately interesting in discussing further how he may be able to get involved. Chipmunkapublishing is positioned through kindle to have books ready on ipad platform as soon as it is launched.

Stephen Fry tweets our home page as an excellent resource for mental health books. We receive 8000 unique hits during a very small amount of time in one day. Chipmunkapublishing continues testing Kindle market which also supplies iphone.

John Morgan appears in the Belfast Telegraph. Peter Mckee appears in the Big Issue in Scotland. Mandy Allison appears in the Daily Mirror, On This Morning, Jeremy Kyle and is placed with Woman Magazine. Chipmunka books are now available globally through the new publishing Expresso machines. These are expensive machines that are in Universities and will become more common in bookshops where up to 1 million different titles can be printed on demand at a customers request in less than 8 minutes. 

August 2009

Chipmunka sets targets for 2009-10 production. We set up 30 new paperbacks during this month and the beginning if June. Steve Westwood appears in the Comet newspaper.

Chipmunkapublishing attends London Book Fair for the 5th year in a row. Fabia Cerra attends the fair and is pictured by the Fair's official Photographer and interviewed by Bookbrunch about her autobiography. Fabia Cerra, author of "In 2 Minds" appears on Britain's Got Talent making it through to the next round and is featured across the media. Fabia is featured in The Daily Mirror, The People, The News of The World, The Daily Mail, The Daily Telegraph, On The BBC, The Sun Newspaper, Closer Magazine and news blogs all over the world. Fabia Cerra also does an interview on GMTV and has over 950,000 hits in just over a week on one you tube video alone. Rosaleen O Brien appears in the Irish Independent and is short listed for Irish Woman of the Year. Chipmunka's latest google analytic statistics reveal visits from over 110 countries. The United Kingdom is the most popular and the USA is second most popular.

February/March 2009

Chipmunkapublishing joins google analytics. By the time we have added 20% of our web pages we have viewers from 50 countries. Dolly Sen is featured in The Time To Change campaign appearing on Channel 4 News discussing Schizophrenia and appears in the Comic Relief stigma video. Donna Muldoon appears in The Daily Mirror. Chipmunkapublishing author's appear on Radio 1.  Chipmunka receives sponsorship to have stand at London Book Fair for 4th year running.

Highlights 2008

Chipmunka achieves over 4 and a half million hits on its shop during the last 3 years. Chipmunka books are featured on google´s stand at Frankfurt Book Fair which is the biggest bookfair in the world. Author Adnantus Dyzantae wins Hampstead´s author of the year beating celebrity Russel Brand. Chipmunka visits the US book Fair for the first time and gives away 3000 books in a successful promotion.

Chipmunka now has over 300 e-books and 178 paperbacks. We aim to have 500 e-books by the end of 2008 and 250-300 paperbacks. Steve Westwood appears on Radio 5 live, as does Stephen Drake. Stephen Drake appears in the Sun Newspaper and then gives a whole series of interviews across the country. Stephen Drake is also discussed on daytime TV and radio stations about his book A Cry for Help and how ocd gives him one particular phobia. Melanie Cross appears in That's Life Magazine.

January 2007

Chipmunka continues to focus on PR as an effective strategy and places 20 stories in national magazines and newspapers and sometimes goes direct to magazines. Jason Pegler the Chipmunka CEO appears on GMTV as a former manic depressive. Dozens of Chipmunka authors appear in national women's magazines. Several appear in That's Life Magazine, e.g Lovisa Pahlson Moller, Vicky Jones, Stephen Drake, others are due to appear in Love It e.g Joy Ford, Bella - Emma Spiegler, Yours Magazine requests to interview Janet Cresswell who also appears in the Independent on Sunday.

December 2006

Chipmunka starts working with news agencies to help the company and empower the authors. Several authors are placed in national magazines during this month. Steve Westwood - author of Suicide Junkie appears in Full House magazine and the author of Underneath The Flesh appears in That's Life Magazine and the Daily Record. Steve Westwood has a live 10 minute interview on MTV. Chipmunka finishes phase 1 of myspace marketing exercise which have proved successful for recruiting new authors.

November 2006

Chipmunka now has a growing number of American authors. We  We make the decision to set up 60 new paperbacks by the end of March 2007. Jason Pegler Chipmunka CEO speaks with David Cameron at annual Scarman Trust Lecture. David Cameron mentions Chipmunka in his speech.

For World Mental Health Day Chipmunka gives away products to the thousands of people that visit our website and read magazines that we are associated with.

We now sign authors up whose books have not yet been completed or written and work with news agencies around the world to place positive mental health stories in all forms of media.

Dolly Sen gives a 30 minute interview on the Radio 4 programme on Schizophrenia "Between Ourselves". Twenty one Chipmunka authors meet up with Unltd and Jason Pegler to discuss Unltd awards. Tahir Malik, author of "Pain Is My Pleasure" is successful with Unltd application.

July 2006

The Chipmunka Foundation launches the World's largest ever mental health web survey. The Book "Necessity of Madness" by John Breeding is reviewed in the American Psychiatric Services Magazine. Chipmunka are awarded a Volunteer of the Year Award by the Home Office, CSV and Volunteering England. Mark Ellerby author of Stages of Schizophrenia 1, 2 and 3 appears in several magazines including That's Life, Community Care and Perspectives. Dorothy Schwarz appears in the Daily Express. Author Jason Tune wins innovation award for helping service users in South Yorkshire. Dolly Sen appears on TV.

June 2006

Chipmunka launches our first artist David Richardson and signs up more artists and musicians. Lovisa Pahlson Moller celebrates her book launch "Little Girl Lost" in Covent Garden. One hundred people attend the launch party. Jason Pegler releases A Can of Madness the rap album.

Chipmunka launches "Voices Beyond The Border" as a paperback and 100 people attend the book launch in London. Chipmunka author Lovisa Pahlson Moller appears on Radio 4. Chipmunka author's Dolly Sen and Fiona Whelpton appear on BBC 3 TV Documentary.

Celebrity Stephen Fry appears live on BBC with Chipmunkapublishing CEO Jason Pegler and author Dorothy Schwarz giving his support for Chipmunkapublishing at London Book Fair. Stephen Fry films Jason Pegler And Dorothy Schwarz for a forthcoming documentary on BBC on manic depression and mentions it on Parkinson. Chipmunka authors Dolly Sen and Fiona Whelpton appear on BBC 3 documentary. Fiona makes her TV debut.

Chipmunkapublishing launches 15 new e-books, with a further 100 in the process of editing and proof reading. We also start asking for more manuscripts of those people who do not have a voice.

Chipmunkapublishing goes global. CEO Jason Pegler has recently given interviews in Spain, Australia and the United States. Chipmunka are taking on new manuscripts from around the world including South Africa.

The Chipmunka Foundation is now a registered charity. Charity Registration number is 1109537. The project has been pioneered by founders of Chipmunkapublishing Jason Pegler, Andrew Latchford and Paul Brandwood, from KPMG. A big thank you to everyone including Robert Bond from Faegre Benson Hobson and Audley for his pro bono support.

April 2005

April is a very pro active month for Chipmunka. We have released 10 new e-books taking our portfolio to 45 books including paperbacks and e-books. We had e-book launch for Anne Brocklesby's "Move Over Manic Depression Here I am" and Rosamund McCullimain's the Dispossessed. Look out for our CEO Jason Pegler appearing on the Community Channel in May and the Discovery Channel. In both films Jason talks about writing as catharsis and publishing as empowerment. On Saturday 30th of April there is a double page feature on CEO Jason Pegler in the Mind body and Soul section of the Times. Don't miss it

At an awards ceremony at the Dahli Museum on the evening of the 2nd of March our Co Founder and CEO Jason Pegler was announced as the winner of the New Statesman's Upstarts Award of "Young Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award". Follow the link: http://www.newstatesman.co.uk
