As a sufferer of manic depression I found this memoir helpful and helped me to set small targets for each day to carry on. This book shows that even with an illness like Manic Depression people can still make it in society - even though it is an ongoing situation. Hopefully this book will go on to open many peoples eyes about sufferers of Manic Depression - it certainly helped me....
