I was always having issues with will power, content to not go there in life. Indeed my past had taught me that what I wanted to be was an ordinary bloke without a chequered past. The seminar made me realise that hidden strength had actually amassed to be real courage and that now I was an extraordinary guy who had recovered from mental health. The confidence I learnt through Jason's guidance came at the right time, the last piece of the therapy jigsaw, and when you realise it, you can do exactly what you mean.
