This book is all about letting go of all the bad times in my life and contains not only about the NHS, but is also about my life, good and bad. There is no fiction, only my life experiences and observations. I'm still trying to get a flat and have been since late January, but with no joy. I deserve a nice place. I hope that this book will help people living with mental illness to know, there is a future. If just one of these books helps a person then I've done my job. Staff and Patients and other Army Brats out there.

If you really want something badly enough you can do anything you set your mind to. Big Sqeezes to my click, I hope you are still on the mend. I always said that I should write a book and "HERE IT IS!" I never thought that I could do it, but your reading it.
